Photo Flash: AMERICAN IDIOT Hosts Public Preview Performances Upstate, Dec. 21 & 22

The North American tour of Green Day's AMERICAN IDIOT kicks off in Toronto on December 28 and run through January 15 before continuing on to 14 other markets across the United States. As a warm up the company will play two public preview performances tonight, December 21, and tomorrow, December 22 at the Stanley Theatre in Utica, New York before heading north to prep for the December 28 premiere. Video for Green Day's "21 Guns" Featuring Cast of AMERICAN IDIOT Now Online

The music video for the new version of Green Day's platinum single "21 Guns," featuring the cast of AMERICAN IDIOT, is now available on www.AmericanIdiotonBroadway.com, following its exclusive premiere on AOL Music on February 1, 2010. The cast performed the song with Green Day on the GRAMMY® Awards, where the band won the "Best Rock Album" GRAMMY® for 21st Century Breakdown, on Sunday, January 31, 2010.

Coen reunites with Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham and director Neil Pepe following last season's sold out engagement of Almost an Evening.

Playwrights Horizons Extends Silver's 'Three Changes' ; Hopper to Join Cast

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) has announced that, due to popular demand, it will extend its World Premiere production of THREE CHANGES, a new play by Nicky Silver (Fit to Be Tied at Playwrights Horizons, The Food Chain, Pterodactyls, Raised in Captivity). In addition to the extension starting Tuesday, September 30, the theater company is also adding two special Wednesday matinees on September 10 and September 24, both at 2:30 PM. Tickets for all new performances are now on sale.
