TOOTSIE's world premiere pre-Broadway engagement officially opens today at Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL). The show runs through October 14 before opening on Broadway on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Marquis Theatre (210 West 46th Street).

Today we celebrate the Broadway revival of Kaufman and Hart's You Can't Take It with You, which opened on this day in 2014.

Casting has been announced for the Boise engagement of Disney's THE LION KING, which will leap onto the stage at The Morrison Center from Wednesday, October 17 through Sunday, November 4.

Disney's The Lion King grossed over $4.8 million at the box office and entertained more than 48,000 theatergoers during its three-week return engagement. Presented by Blumenthal Performing Arts, The Lion King played Belk Theater for 24 performances from Wednesday, August 22 through Sunday, September 9.

Two-time Tony Award winner Judy Kaye will return to Broadway to play the 'Dowager Empress' in the hit Broadway musical ANASTASIA on September 28, 2018. Kaye will to take over for original company member Mary Beth Peil.

Disney's The Lion King will return to Cleveland for a four-week engagement at Playhouse Square, from Wednesday, August 7 through Sunday, September 1, 2019. Season ticket packages including The Lion King will go on sale Monday, October 8, 2018 by calling 216-640-8800. Casting has been announced for the North American tour of the Tony Award ® - nominated Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. A beloved theatrical classic from Tony-winner Joseph Stein and Pulitzer Prize-winners Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick, Fiddler on the Roof is directed by Tony-Award winner Bartlett Sher (South Pacific, The King and I) and choreographed by the acclaimed Israeli choreographer Hofesh Shechter.

Tickets for the new comedy musical, TOOTSIE, will go on sale to the general public beginning Monday, October 1, 2018 at 10am EST
