Dorset Theatre Festival is celebrating its 40th Anniversary Season on June 25 at 6:30 pm with a Summer Stars Celebration: an enchanted evening of entertainment and partying under the stars, with the stars.

An anonymous donor is encouraging others to donate to Dorset Theatre Festival by matching up to $40,000 in new and increased gifts during the upcoming 40th anniversary season. As part of the $40k for the 40th Matching Grant, a phone-a-thon will be held later this month.

Running June 16 through July 2 as part of a bold experiment and historic collaboration = one trilogy, one cast, one creative team, three directors, three plays, three theaters, three Vermont towns - Dorset Theatre Festival presents Table Manners, the second play in Alan Ayckbourn's acclaimed comic trilogy, The Norman Conquests. 

The National Foundation for the Arts, the Edgerton Foundation and the Harold and Mimi Steinberg Charitable Trust have all awarded prestigious grants to the Dorset Theatre Festival this season in support of their New Play Development Program.
