Goodspeed Musicals kicks off its 2017 season at The Goodspeed with the Broadway hit Thoroughly Modern Millie. You'll get a kick out of this dance-filled musical comedy running April 21 - July 2 at The Goodspeed in East Haddam, Conn.

Due to extremely high ticket demand, Second Stage Theatre's New York premiere production of Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winner Tracy Letts' play, MAN FROM NEBRASKA, has announced a two-week extension after opening to extremely positive reviews on February 15th. The Theatre Company at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) has announced dates and details for the 2017 Colorado New Play Summit. The high-spirited musical Thoroughly Modern Millie, starts February 16th and runs through April 1st. A young ingenue from Kansas, a handsome beau, Jazz Age flappers, and some comically devious characters all come together at Hale Centre Theatre in Gilbert.

Broadway artist Beth Malone announced that she will star in the title role of The Muny's 2017 production of The Unsinkable Molly Brown. The production will run from July 21-27, and will be directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall. The Unsinkable Molly Brown has music and lyrics by Meredith Willson, with additional lyrics and book by Dick Scanlan, based on the original book by Richard Morris. Music adaptation is by Michael Rafter.

Award winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie is set to tour the UK in 2017 opening at New Wimbledon Theatre tonight 17 January. Michelle Collins will join the cast of Thoroughly Modern Millie until Saturday 4 March as Mrs Meers.
