Following their current season which has included the sold out critical and box-office hits Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov and David Ives' The School for Lies, Classic Stage Company (CSC), under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Kulick and Executive Director Jessica R. Jenen, has announced details for their upcoming 2011-12 season, the esteemed Off-Broadway downtown theater company's 45th.

Jenen, will present UNNATURAL ACTS, a new play created by members of the Plastic Theatre, conceived and directed by Tony Speciale, as the final offering of its triumphant 2010-11 season.

David Ives' sold-out, highly-acclaimed new comedy, THE SCHOOL FOR LIES, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie will close Sunday, May 29.

As a special 80th anniversary event for Westport Country Playhouse, noted actors Kathleen McNenny, Frances Sternhagen and Richard Thomas will star in a Script in Hand reading of A. R. Gurney's delightfully witty game of cat and mouse, "The Golden Age," on Monday, June 20, 7 p.m. Director is John Tillinger.

According to Deadline.com, Marisa Tomei and Alison Pill, who are both currently starring on stage in MARIE AND BRUCE, and THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES respectively, are in talks to join Jeff Daniels in Aaron Sorkin's HBO series: MORE AS THE STORY DEVELOPS. Sorkin's long-developing drama, set behind the scenes at a nightly cable news show. 'Social Network' producer Scott Rudin will reunite with Sorkin for the project, which will be executive produced by both. Filming on the pilot will not begin until later in the year.

The Tribeca Film Festival (TFF), presented by American Express, the Founding Sponsor of the Festival, today announced its jurors - a diverse and talented group of 38 individuals, including award-winning filmmakers and screenwriters, celebrated actors, respected journalists and media pioneers. They will be divided among the six competitive Festival categories and will announce the winning films, filmmakers and actors in those categories at the TFF Awards Night ceremony on April 28 hosted by Gideon Yago, which will be streamed live on TribecaFilm.com.
