AMBI Pictures, the movie development, finance and production company owned and run by Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi, has entered the world of animation, announcing today that it will produce a new animated feature film titled EAST END.

The Film Society of Lincoln Center has announced today a one-night-only event, From Screen to Stage: Bullets Over Broadway, on Monday, May 5 at 6:30PM. The evening will include a screening of an archival print of Woody Allen's rollicking Oscar-winning jazz-age ensemble comedy Bullets Over Broadway, followed by a conversation with five-time Tony-winning director/choreographer Susan Stroman and lead producers Letty Aronson and Julian Schlossberg. The event celebrates the April opening of Bullets over Broadway: The Musical, starring Zach Braff and Marin Mazzie, at the St. James Theatre.

The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts presents The Trumpet of the Swan, A Novel Symphony for Actors and Orchestra, adapted by Marsha Norman from E.B. White's timeless children's novel, with music by composer, Jason Robert Brown. MCC THEATER has announced that indie film star Greta Gerwig will now lead the cast of the American premiere of Penelope Skinner's celebrated play The Village Bike, the final production of MCC's 2013-14 Main Stage season. The Village Bike will be directed by Sam Gold, who recently directed the much-raved new musical Fun Home. It will premiere at The Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC) beginning May 22, 2014 with an official opening on June 10, 2014.

Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi have officially boarded the Barry Levinson directed drama “The Humbling,” starring Al Pacino, Mandy Patinkin, Kyra Sedgwick, Charles Grodin, Dianne Wiest, Greta Gerwig and Louise Trenner. Iervolino and Bacardi are co-producers – producing alongside Al Pacino, Jason Sosnoff and Ged Dickersin.

TVLine reports that Oscar-winner stage and screen star Dianne Wiest is set to guest star on NBC's THE BLACKLIST in Episode 15, called “The Judge”. She will play the head of Amnesty United, an organization against the death penalty.
