Dianna Agron Returns To Cafe Carlyle

Acclaimed actress and singer Dianna Agron returns to Cafe Carlyle, January 22-February 2. From Marianne Faithfull and Nancy Sinatra to Nico and Peggy Lee, Dianna will be paying tribute to some of finest female-fronted acts of the '60s and '70s. By way of the hit TV show Glee, selling more than twelve million albums worldwide and tackling two major tours, she is no stranger to the stage. A resident of New York, she is thrilled to bring her voice back to Cafe Carlyle, something she feels cements her place in the city. She will be joined by talented friends and musicians, Gill Landry, Margot, and a few surprise guests.

Chris Hayes and Joy Reid to Host Global Citizen Festival on MSNBC

On Saturday, September 23rd, the 2017 Global Citizen Festival will air LIVE on MSNBC from The Great Lawn in New York City's Central Park. MSNBC's Global Citizen pre-show featuring global leaders, activists, musicians and celebrity hosts will begin at 3:00 p.m. ET/PT and the Festival commences at 4:00 p.m. ET/PT.

2017 Sundance Film Festival Awards Celebrate Global Independent Creative

After 10 days, 119 feature films and three feet of snow, an evening of humor and humanity marked the 2017 Sundance Film Festival's Awards Ceremony, with host Jessica Williams emceeing and jurors presenting 27 prizes for feature filmmaking in Park City, Utah. Honorees, named in total below, range from sharp comedies to provocative and timely documentaries and represent new achievements in global independent storytelling. Human stories prevailed across categories, with Grand Jury Prizes awarded to Dina (U.S. Documentary), Last Men in Aleppo (World Documentary), I don't feel at home in this world anymore. (U.S. Dramatic) and The Nile Hilton Incident (World Dramatic). Chasing Coral, showcased in the Festival's environmental program The New Climate, won an Audience Award in the U.S. Documentary category.
