Native Gardens will run June 2-25, 2017, in the Canterbury Family Main Stage at the Addison Theatre Centre. The cast features Stephanie Cleghorn Jasso as Tania Del Valle, Ivan Jasso as Pablo Del Valle, Lois Sonnier Hart as Virginia Butley, and John S. Davies as Frank Butley.

Just listen.  Everything is in the music.'  I first read these words in the Terrence McNally play when I was a vocal performance major in college, experiencing a vocal master class weekly as part of my studies.   These words are now  ruminating through my mind since seeing the sublime and powerful production of Master Class at Brick Road Theatre Thursday evening.

This March, award winning actress, Diana Sheehan will star as Maria Callas in Brick Road Theatre's production of MASTER CLASS by Terrence McNally. Following LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, MASTER CLASS continues Brick Road's 2017-2018 season, which also includes the musicals A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE and CABARET. Terry Martin (who recently departed WaterTower Theatre to lead the Greenhill School's Fine Arts program) directs the production.

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced casting and creative team details for the regional premiere of One Man, Two Guvnors, directed by Terry Martin. Written by Richard Bean, One Man, Two Guvnors will run August 5-28, 2016. Brian Gonzales, currently performing on Broadway as Babkak in Disney's Aladdin, will star as Francis Henshall. Gonzales, who last performed on the WaterTower Theatre stage in Laughter on the 23rd Floor (2010), will reprise the role he understudied in the Broadway production of One Man, Two Guvnors.

Due to popular demand, an additional performance of Diana Sheehan Sings: The Jerome Kern Songbook  has been added on Friday, February 26 at 10 pm in the Studio Theatre. 

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director and Loop Executive Producer Terry Martin today announced details for the WaterTower Theatre produced 24-HR Play Festival.  The event, to be held on Saturday, March 5 at 8 pm in the Main Stage, will include playwrights Devin Berg, Ruth Cantrell, Daniel Garcia and Brandi L. McDowell.

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director and Loop Executive Producer Terry Martin today announced the line-up for the 2016 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival, February 25 - March 6, 2016, at the Addison Theatre Centre. Six world premieres highlight this year's diverse Festival as well as 2 one-woman cabarets, 4 dance works, 1 circus act, 3 solo shows, 1 musical reading, 2 play readings, 9 theatre productions, 1 interdisciplinary piece, 1 spoken word performance, a 24-hour play festival, and many returning favorites. The Festival is made possible, in part, through the generous support of The Town of Addison and the Texas Commission on the Arts as well as media sponsors, TheaterJones.com and the Dallas Observer. The Festival is produced by Terry Martin and Kelsey Leigh Ervi.
