This October and November 54 BELOW, the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife, presents an exciting lineup of Broadway's brightest talent. Located just below legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, 54 Below also continues to present its special series: Backstage, Broadway's Sunday evening cocktail party and songfest; and The Green Room, live, music, cocktails and lite fare for the after-theatre crowd.
Michael Krajewski to Conduct Peter Nero and The Philly POPS' BOND AND BEYOND

Encore Series, Inc., presenter of Peter Nero and The Philly POPS®, today announced Michael Krajewski, the principal pops conductor of the Houston Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, will be the guest conductor of the Bond and Beyond concert series on April 26, 27, 28, 2013. Maestro Krajewski replaces the late Marvin Hamlisch, who was slated to guest conduct the series.

Pace University has announced the 2012 / 2013 season of Pace Presents, hosted at The Michael Schimmel Center for The Arts located at 3 Spruce Street between Park Row and Gold Street in downtown Manhattan. Pace Presents is a world-class performing arts and culture series with an emphasis on music superstars from around the globe, charismatic and crowd-pleasing dance performances, spectacular theatre and contemporary cabaret. The Pace Presents season begins on September 22 with Gypsy brass superstars Fanfare Ciocarlia and culminates on April 20 with Jazz's living treasure, Hugh Masekela.

Yesterday, June 5, theatre legend Patti LuPone opened the new nightclub and restaurant, 54 Below, with a two-week engagement of a new act that will run through June 16. Before the star took the stage for the evening performance, she treated the press to a special sneak peek of the show and BroadwayWorld was there to talk to the star and capture her memorable performance!
