Julie Lewis, 30-year HIV Survivor and mother to Grammy-winner Ryan Lewis, founded the 30/30 Project, which seeks to bring healthcare facilities to communities impacted by HIV/AIDS, as well as offering comprehensive healthcare.

Four-time Tony Award winner Terrence McNally will be a speaker during the opening ceremony, and Tony Award nominee Bobby Steggert will sing 'You'll Never Walk Alone' from Rogers and Hammerstein's Carousel. Jane Clementi is the mother of Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers University student whose suicide opened up an international dialogue about the bullying of LGBT youth. Since Tyler's death, the Clementi family has worked tirelessly to promote new stories of inclusion, dignity and acceptance for vulnerable youth and their families as way to honor the memory of their son, brother and friend. The Playwrights Realm has announced the expansion of programming to include two productions as part of the 2014-2015 season. The first production will be the world premiere of MY MAÑANA COMES by next season's Page One Playwright Elizabeth Irwin, running August 26 - September 20, 2014 at The Peter Jay Sharp Theater. The inaugural Alumni Production will be the world premiere of CITY OF by Alumni Page One Playwright Anton Dudley, running January - February TBD, 2015 at a venue TBA. In an effort to further support and advance the careers of its playwrights, the Alumni Production will allow The Realm to produce new work by its growing contingency of Alumni Playwrights. Obie and Drama Desk Award winner Frederick Weller and Tony® Award nominee Bobby Steggert will join Tony® and Emmy® Award winner Tyne Daly in the upcoming Broadway production of Terrence McNally's Mothers and Sons, it was announced today. Weller will portray Cal Porter opposite Daly's Katharine Gerard. Steggert, currently seen on Broadway in Big Fish, reprises the role of Will Ogden which he created in an earlier production of the play at Bucks County Playhouse. Mothers and Sons marks Mr. McNally's 20th Broadway show, and will be directed by Tony nominee Sheryl Kaller (Next Fall). It will play Broadway's John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street).
