World premiere readings from Kansas City's teen playwrights will be showcased during the Annual Young Playwrights' Festival at 7 p.m. April 28 and 29, and at 10 a.m. April 29 at the Coterie Theatre, level 1, Crown Center Shops. Professional actors, directors and designers work to present a collection of ten staged readings, plays and monologues from teen members of the Coterie's Young Playwrights' Roundtable.

Next up at Shadowbox: it's Spring Fling, opening March 25 and running though June 5 at the sketch comedy and rock ‘n' roll club at the Easton Town Center. Spring Fling fuses the rebellious and the ridiculous into one fun-lovin', fast-paced show featuring brand new sketch comedy and live rock ‘n' roll.

The festivities will feature yuletide favorites performed by the CCM Concert Orchestra, CCM choral ensembles, and outstanding high school and community choirs from the Tristate region.

Passage Theatre Company, Trenton's premiere professional theater company, will present the world premiere of Blood: A Comedy, written by Passage Associate Artistic Director David White and staged by has Resident Director Adam Immerwahr at the Mill Hill Playhouse in Trenton, November 5 through November 22.
