Producer David Stone announced today that If/Then, the new musical by the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning creative team behind Next To Normal, Tom Kitt (music), Brian Yorkey (book and lyrics), and Michael Greif (director), will play Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street) in spring 2014. Starring Tony Award-Winner Idina Menzel, If/Then will begin preview performances on Tuesday, March 4, and officially open on Thursday, March 27, 2014. The award-winning musical theatre blockbuster WICKED is returning to its original Australian home in Melbourne next year. WICKED Australian Co-Producer John Frost today announced that WICKED will open at the Regent Theatre, Melbourne, on Saturday May 10, 2014 for a strictly limited season, before touring to Sydney and Brisbane.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held for WICKED, which is returning to Houston at the Hobby Center with performances from July 10-August 11.

The National Theatre has just announced its first subscription series in more than a decade with the announcement of Broadway at the National. Boasting the pre-Broadway world premiere of If/Then, the Washington premiere of American Idiot, and the historic return of the Tony Award-winning The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess, the 2013-14 season at The National Theatre includes eight productions, and runs November 2013 through June 2014.
