A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held daily for WICKED, which will be performing from February 23 through March 27, 2011 at The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre. Each day, 2½ hours prior to the show, people that present themselves at The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum. Thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee coses February 13th. '...Spelling Bee,' with Music by William Finn, Book by Rachel Sheinkin won two Tony Awards and was a long-running hit on Broadway. The story follows six young people in the throes of puberty, (plus volunteer audience members) as they try to spell their way toward first prize and a chance to compete in the finals in Washington D.C. Teal Wicks began performances in the role of Elphaba in the Broadway company of WICKED on February 1, 2011. Ms. Wicks is making her Broadway debut after playing the role of Elphaba in both the San Francisco and Los Angeles productions of WICKED.
