Chita Rivera Performs at 2014 Songwriters Hall Of Fame Gala

Last night, the legendary CHITA RIVERA wowed the packed Marriot Marquis ballroom for the 45th Annual Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction Gala. She was greeted with cheers and a standing ovation as she sang a medley from WEST SIDE STORY, which included 'A Boy Like That' and the show-stopping 'America', in a program designed to mix past and future sounds.

Singer-Songwriter Robert Cray Begins UK Tour, May 2

Legendary blues and soul guitarist and singer-songwriter Robert Cray embarks on his UK tour on Friday 2nd May at The Anvil in Basingstoke. The tour comes on the back of Cray's critically acclaimed new album 'In My Soul'. Cray was recently the subject of a major 2-page interview in the Sunday Times on 27th April. BWW Reviews: REEFER MADNESS Deserves Some Buzz: It Really Is a 'Hit'!

One certainly doesn't need to get high to enjoy all the buzz from the Being Revived production of Reefer Madness, running at Frederick Community College through April 13. Expertly directed in the hands of David Norman, this rarely-produced, cult classic musical is an outstanding production, with every over-the-top comedic moment and high-energy musical number (under the impeccable music direction of Jonas Dawson) leaving the audience "jumping"!

Fresh off Broadway, this hilarious musical-comedy is based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the 2001 film of the same name. It tells the story of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who enrolls at Harvard Law School for the sole purpose to win back her ex-boyfriend Warner. She discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others and that when she applies herself she is so much more than a sorority girl from California. Stodgy old Harvard Law will never be the same!
