Austin Opera is bringing an evening filled with extraordinary classic and modern opera music to KLRU's legendary Studio 6A. 'An Intimate Affair' features performances by David Miller, tenor of Simon Cowell's 26-time platinum selling 'pop opera' crossover group Il Divo, alongside his multi-talented wife Sarah Joy Miller, star of New York City Opera's critically-acclaimed 'Anna Nicole,' based on the life of Anna Nicole Smith.

Tonight, January 29, 2015, Actors' Theatre Grand Rapids will continue its 34th season with the Pulitzer Prize winning play, Water by the Spoonful, written by Quiara Alegria Hudes. The show will be presented Thursday through Saturday at GRCC Spectrum Theater, 160 Fountain Street NE, Grand Rapids, beginning tonight, January 29, 2015 and closing on February 7, 2015. All performances begin at 8PM.

On Tuesday, September 23 at 8:00PM at Alice Tully Hall, the American Classical Orchestra presents its opening night concert of its 30th Anniversary season with music that includes Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with violin soloist Krista Bennion Feeney; Beethoven Symphony No. 8 and Mozart Symphony No. 35 'Haffner'. Krista Bennion Feeney will perform the legendary Mendelssohn Concerto on a historic violin with the same configuration as that of Mendelssohn's concertmaster Ferdinand David.

Il Divo's A MUSICAL AFFAIR lives up to its promise and brings impressed and appreciative audience members enthusiastically to their feet. The Providence show marked the final stop on Il Divo's North American tour and, rather fittingly, this "love letter" to musical theater graced PPAC's stage on the evening before the 2014 TONY Awards.
