Variety reports today that THE MIRACLE WORKER star Alison Pill will Join stage and screen vet Edie Falco on stage off-Broadway in the Naked Angels' production of THIS WIDE NIGHT, by Chloe Moss. Broadway star Jon Tenney has landed a recurring role on the hit television series 'Brothers & Sisters.' Tenney will play a character named Simon, a new love interest for Nora Walker, the character played by Sally Field. Executive producer David Marshall Grant says of the character, 'Nora meets Simon, who is an oncologist at the hospital where Kitty is getting treated, and they start an affair."

This year 235 feature length, documentary and short films - from 57 countries - will be screened over a six-day period In locations throughout the state, all vying for top awards. Out of over 7,000 film festivals worldwide, RIIFF is one of only 63 Academy Award qualifying Festivals. This year's films have been selected from a record entry base of over 3,000 submissions.

Marc (Marco Formosa), an American scholar in Berlin, uncovers the dangerous equation behind his attraction to the great German dramatist Heinrich von Kleist, who died in 1811 in a notorious double suicide. Konrad (Nate Faust), from whom he is letting a room, offers Marc help in understanding his attraction to Kleist and opens up a disturbing confrontation with identity. Konrad's girlfriend Mina (Ji-Hye Kwon) is pulled into the vortex of their discovery. The life of Kleist (David Marshall) finds its eerie parallels in Marc's awakening.
