ROCKIN' WITH THE AGES & THE PINK LADY have announced that their smash-hit, critically acclaimed, World Premiere production of THE BEAT GOES ON! A Musical Celebration of the Young at Heart, featuring musical direction by David O, and written, choreographed and directed by Ovation Award-winner Cate Caplin is extending through Sunday, November 25 at the Theatre of Arts Arena Stage, 1625 N. On the heels of its record-breaking 2012 Summer Season, Williamstown Theatre Festival will pay tribute to Abe Burrows, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning author and director, at its 2012 Benefit, to be held on Sunday, November 18th at 6:30 p.m. at the Edison Ballroom in New York City (240 West 47th Street), it was announced today. The evening will feature performances by recent Williamstown Theatre Festival alumni David Hyde Pierce (director of last season's The Importance of Being Earnest), Steven Pasquale and Kelli O'Hara (WTF's Far From Heaven), Greg Naughton, Malcolm Gets (WTF's Ten Cents a Dance) and more.
Family, friends, and colleagues will gather to celebrate the life and voice of Broadway librettist Mark O'Donnell on Monday, November 12 at 3pm at Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. The show was created by Sarah Saltzberg, Steve Rosen, and David Rossmer.
