Jujamcyn Theaters and True Colors Theatre Company just presented the 7th Annual August Wilson Monologue Competition at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street). The event, which is free and open to the public, features high school students from Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh, Portland and Seattle performing monologues by the late, legendary American playwright. The event, which is free and open to the public, features high school students from Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh, Portland and Seattle performing monologues by the late, legendary American playwright.

The new Sesame Street set was reimagined by the award-winning designer and visual storyteller, David Gallo.

Fearless Theatre presents a new adaptation of Frank Wedekind's controversial classic, Spring Awakening at The Charnel House (3421 W. Fullerton Ave) in Logan Square. Performances will take place Thursday through Sunday April 11th to the 26th at 7:30PM.

Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group, Ten Bridges Media Corp., London's Robert Stigwood Organisation, and New York's Tara Rubin Casting, announced yesterday, March 19, that New York-based actors Brandon Rubendall ('Spider-man: Turn Off The Dark,' 'Broadway Bares: Rock Hard') and Jenna Rubaii ('American Idiot,' 'Fifty Four Forever') will star as Tony Manero (originally played by John Travolta in the film adaptation) and Stephanie Mangano, respectively, in the 2015 Asian Tour of the hit West End and Broadway musical SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER.

How I Learned was co-conceived and will be directed by Todd Kreidler, a Duquesne University graduate, former Pittsburgh Public Theater staff member, and author of the recent Broadway musical, Holler If Ya Hear Me. How I Learned What I Learned runs March 5 - April 5, 2015 at the O'Reilly Theater, Pittsburgh Public Theater's home in the heart of Downtown's Cultural District. Two Rivers Theater is presenting Moliere's 'School for Wives' through October 5th. Directed by Mark Wing-Davy and starring Robert Stanton, this play is a production sure to please metropolitan area audiences.

Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, presents Moliere's classic comedy The School for Wives, translated into English verse by Richard Wilbur and directed by Mark Wing-Davey. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, today, September 13 and continue through Sunday, October 5. The opening night performance is Friday, September 19 at 8pm.
