The Flea Theater will extend the production of THE VANDAL through March 3. Hamish Linklater's playwriting debut, directed by Jim Simpson and starring Deirdre O'Connell, Zach Grenier and Noah Robbins, opened January 31.

The Netflix original series, from Media Rights Capital, HOUSE OF CARDS starring Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey ('Horrible Bosses,' 'American Beauty'), Golden Globe nominee Robin Wright ('The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,' 'Forrest Gump') and Kate Mara ('American Horror Story') will be available for members to watch instantly beginning today, February 1, 2013. All 13-episodes of the drama series's first season will be available to Netflix members in territories where Netflix is available -North America, the UK, Ireland, Latin America and Scandinavia.

According to Deadline.com, Aaron Sorkin has withdrawn as librettist of the upcoming Broadway production Houdini, starring Hugh Jackman. Sorkin's schedule, including his commitments involving the second season of HBO's 'The Newsroom' and adapting Walter Isaacson's book 'Steve Jobs' for Sony Pictures, would not allow him time to continue work on the musical.

South Coast Repertory wraps up its current season with a fresh take on an American classic and a world premiere. The Fantasticks, the longest-running musical of all time, in a new setting by Amanda Dehnert, will be the final production of the season. SCR also will present the world premiere of Beau Willimon's The Parisian Woman as part of the 2013 Pacific Playwrights Festival.
