ET Online reports that the life story of CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta will become a weekly scripted TV series. The 10-episode series will be led by TV producer David E. Kelley, producer of Chicago Hope, Picket Fences and Ally McBeal.

Nickelodeon has ordered 20 episodes of the original scripted comedy series, Daddy's Home (working title), starring Scott Baio, it was announced today by Marjorie Cohn, President, Original Programming and Development, Nickelodeon Group.

Wililam Shatner's SHATNER'S WORLD: WE JUST LIVE IN IT opens today, February 14, and will play through March 4 at the Music Box Theater on Broadway before embarking on a national tour. Noir, a new drama series from executive producers Frank Darabont (The Walking Dead, The Shawshank Redemption), Michael De Luca (The Social Network, Moneyball) and Elliot Webb (Tall Time Tales). The project from TNT Original Productions is based on John Buntin's critically acclaimed book L.A. Noir: The Struggle for the Soul of America's Most Seductive City, which chronicles the epic battle between Los Angeles Police Chief William Parker and mobster Mickey Cohen. Alissa Phillips (Moneyball) of Michael De Luca Productions serves as co-executive producer. Darabont is set to write and direct the pilot.

NBC has posted an exclusive 'on the set' video of its hit primetime legal drama HARRY'S LAW. The video is hosted by Broadway vet Karen Olivo who portrays Cassie Reynolds on the show. In the video, Karen catches the action everywhere on and around the Harry's Law set, including visits with Kathy Bates, Nate Corddry and the production team.

Michael Riedel reports in today's New York Post that William Shatner is headed to Broadway in early 2012 with a 2-3 week engagement of SHATNER'S WORD: WE JUST LIVE IN IT which will play for 2-3 weeks at the Music Box Theater on Broadway. The show will be a temporary booking at the theatre, which is currently home to PRIVATE LIVES, which just moved up its closing to December 31.

On tonight's episode of NBC's HARRY'S LAW entitled, 'Purple Hearts', Harry (Kathy Bates), Oliver (Mark Valley) and Cassie (Karen Olivo) struggle to defend their client, a mother who stands accused of killing her infant son who suffered from a debilitating disorder with no hope for a cure. Meanwhile, Tommy (Christopher McDonald) and Adam (Nate Corddry) represent a former-soldier-turned-clown who, after suffering a minor traumatic brain injury in the Iraq War, was deemed ineligible for a Purple Heart. In the holiday spirit, Tommy and Adam try to get the veteran the recognition he deserves.

Danza will return to Feinstein's at Loews Regency as the special guest of the club's founder MICHAEL FEINSTEIN for three shows only at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street). They will take place on Thursday, December 1 at 8:30 PM; and Friday, December 2 at 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
