Since its debut in 1987, which then raised $12,000, the 23 editions of The Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction have raised a grand total of $8,161,752 for BC/EFA. LUCINDA COXON, author of the critically-acclaimed new play HAPPY NOW?, currently receiving its American premiere at Yale Repertory Theatre, has written the screenplay for The Danish Girl, based on David Ebershoff's novel, which will star Nicole Kidman (who will also produce the film) and Charlize Theron.

YALE REPERTORY THEATRE (James Bundy, Artistic Director; Victoria Nolan, Managing Director) presents the American premiere of HAPPY NOW? by Lucinda Coxon, directed by Liz Diamond, at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street). Opening Night is October 30 with performances running through November 15th.

Tickets for The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's upcoming production of A Christmas Carol are now on sale. The production will be the American East Coast premiere of this adaptation by British playwright Neil Bartlett based on the novel by Charles Dickens. This will be only the third time this version has been produced in the United States and the first production of it east of the Mississippi. Shakespeare Theatre's Artistic Director Bonnie J. Monte will direct. November 27-December 31.
