When ABC's SCANDAL returns for its fourth season in the fall, Olivia Pope's team of fixers will be short one member.

Black and white is everywhere right now. It was so 'in' last spring and it seems the trend (which is really a classic combination) isn't going anywhere soon. Yesterday's Fashion Photo featured a black and white ensemble with a spash of red, and today's is like seeing double. Darby Stanchfield looked like the belle of the ball in a black and white outfit by Sachin + Babi at the Television Academy Foundation's 35th Annual College Television Awards Gala.

The Television Academy Foundation announced last night the winners at the 35 th College Television Awards, which were held on Wednesday, April 23 at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre.
