PS Classics will release the new CD 'Love on a Summer Afternoon,' a compilation of songs by Sam Davis. Yesterday, June 27, Lincoln Center Theater opened A. R. Gurney's new play, THE GRAND MANNER, directed by Mark Lamos, at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 W. 65 Street). Kate Burton, Boyd Gaines, Bobby Steggert and Brenda Wehle comprise the four character cast of this world premiere production. BroadwayWorld was on hand for the opening night celebration.

Yesterday June 2, the 2010 World Science Festival Opening Night Gala took place at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York City. The event united singers, dancers, actors, and scientists on stage in a salute to the world of science. The night was specifically honoring physicist Stephen Hawking for his achievements in the scientific field.
