 CRIES FROM SYRIA is a searing account of the humanitarian crisis in Syria and the devastating civil war that has defined the country over the past five years.

HBO has acquired U.S. TV rights to the searing documentary CRIES FROM SYRIA, by Oscar® nominee Evgeny Afineevsky, ahead of its world premiere in the Documentary Premieres section of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 22.

September 10 was the PASSION PLAY Gala Premiere during the 35th Toronto International Film Festival at Ryerson in Toronto, Canada. Those in attendance included Megan Fox, Director Mitch Glazer, Producer Daniel Dubiecki, Brian Austin Green, Bill Murray, and more.

Tonight, March 7, stars from all over the world will come out for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards Ceremony at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood California. Co-hosted by Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, the ceremony will be broadcast live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5 p.m. PT/ 8 p.m. ET. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 200 countries worldwide.

Nominations for the 82nd Academy Awards® were announced on Tuesday, February 2, by Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak and Oscar-nominated actress and Academy member Anne Hathaway.
