Josh Hamilton, who won rave reviews last season in Classic Stage Company's production of Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters, has joined the company's upcoming production of Chekhov's tragicomic masterpiece THE CHERRY ORCHARD in the role of Trofimov. Hamilton replaces Christian Carmago, who has withdrawn from the production due to a film role. The New York Philharmonic is presenting Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking Company, with an all-star cast led by Neil Patrick Harris (Robert). The concert production played its first show last night and BroadwayWorld was on hand for the starry arrivals! The award-winning musical is being produced and directed by Lonny Price, who directed and co-produced last season's SONDHEIM: The Birthday Concert!, and is being conducted by Sondheim specialist Paul Gemignani, with the original orchestrations for a 35-piece orchestra by Jonathan Tunick. The concert runs through April 9, 2011.

Gurney. Originally scheduled to end its limited run on Sunday, March 20th, Black Tie will now play through Sunday afternoon, March 27th at 3:00p.m.
