This marks the seventh year for the premiere comedy celebration which will welcome over 100 performers in stand-up, musical comedy and more as well as 11 hilarious live podcasts and broadcasts from all over the country to stages in the heart of the city.

Between Comedy Central, HBO and Showtime, Dana Gould has six solo stand-up comedy specials to his credit. He has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan, and Maron.

The seventh annual MOONTOWER COMEDY FESTIVAL, along with producers the Paramount Theatre and sponsors Cap City Comedy Club, has announced additional comics to the 2018 lineup, including multiple headlining acts performing at Stateside at the Paramount as well as a variety of comedians playing shows at Moontower satellite venues throughout Austin. Further additions to the lineup will be announced in the months ahead, including the Moontower Podcast Series.

As Halloween approaches, it seems only fitting that the second season of John. C. McGinley's series STAN AGAINST EVIL starts back up on November 1st. An interview about playing Stan, being a producer and actor, and his time on Broadway.

Launched on Valentine's Day 2014 and hosted by comedian Ken Reid, the TV Guidance Counselor podcast is celebrating its 250th episode on September 9th, 2017. The podcast welcomes notable actors, artists, writers, musicians and comedians into Ken's classic television world, utilizing back issues of TV Guide Magazine as a vehicle to the past. In case you're not familiar with the podcast, the basic gist is that host Ken Reid owns every copy of TV Guide from the 60s through the '90s, and he and his guest decide what they would watch on today's date in 1972, for example.
