L'Affaire Musicale, Orlove Entertainment & 89.9 KCRW are pleased to present the delectable world of Bryan Rabin and Adam Bravin's Giorgio's. Karen O & Danger Mouse To Debut Multisensory Installation AN ENCOUNTER WITH LUX PRIM

Karen O and Danger Mouse will premier their multisensory art installation this spring at Los Angeles' prestigious Marciano Art Foundation. “An Encounter with Lux Prima,” an immersive, communal listening experience soundtracked by the pair's forthcoming album, unites their singular creative vision with groundbreaking audiovisual technologies. “An Encounter” sees the duo collaborate with an illustrious cast of fellow artists including creative director Barnaby Clay (David Bowie—“Life On Mars” Revisited, SHOT!), Oscar-nominated sound designer Ren Klyce (Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Fight Club), renowned lighting designer Tobias Rylander (Robyn, The xx, FKA twigs), visual artist Davy Evans and creative consultant Warren Fu (Daft Punk, The Weeknd, Depeche Mode) to bring Lux Prima to life. Further collaborating with projection mapping innovator Travis Threlkel—co-founder and chief creative officer of MSG's Obscura Digital, George Lucas' Skywalker Sound and Meyer Sound, the installation plays across every sense and is intended as the living, touring nucleus of the duo's forthcoming collaborative album,Lux Prima.

Night Creatures' debut production, Electric Loneliness, is a vaudevillian modern folktale that explores contemporary themes of isolation, human connection, and depression. This haunting original story follows Octavia, a multi-limbed chanteuse trapped alone at the bottom of the ocean, and a Lonely Man on a quest to find where he belongs in the world. Told through an eclectic mix of reimagined tunes, from Cole Porter to the Bee Gees to Daft Punk, join these unusual but relatable characters on their adventures as they meet gloriously strange creatures and attempt to learn how to keep clam and carry on.

Parcels Announce Coachella, Governors Ball, and Headline Tour

Parcels is a band on the ascent. The Berlin-based Australian band released their debut self-titled album via Kitsuné / Because Music / Caroline in October, following their Daft Punk co-written and produced single 'Overnight' and U.S. TV debut on Conan in 2017. The five-piece group, all in their early 20's, has also already surpassed 75 million streams globally--including over 8 million views of their gorgeous, cinematic music videos--and has sold out sizable venues worldwide including London's Roundhouse, New York's Irving Plaza, and two nights at Los Angeles' Troubadour. W Hotels Makes Music With Perfume Genius To Benefit Immigration Equality

W Hotels Worldwide announced last week that the second phase of their newest music initiative, W Records, would feature Matador recording artist, Perfume Genius. Now track two and the accompanying music video with the rising star is available everywhere. 'Not For Me,' is Perfume Genius' cover of an emotional Bobby Darin song. The music video serves as Perfume Genius lead-singer Mike Hadreas' directorial debut. 'It was very easy to see the visual world this song lives in,' said Hadreas. 'I could feel it even in the beginning of putting the music together. I imagined something warm and painterly but wrapped in alien gauze. Directing the video myself brought the song closer to my heart.' 'Not for Me,' follows last week's release of the single 'Alan (rework).' Both tracks are now available everywhere.

HERO Announces Debut EP 'Dirty Work'

Hailing from Calgary and now based in Montreal, HERO is an indie-electronic tour de force who just announced his debut Dirty Work EP out January 10, 2019 on Fool's Gold Records. His previous single 'The Juice' was featured in an episode of HBO's Insecure, where they wrote him into the script -- calling him 'the black Daft Punk.' The new collection features six self-produced tracks exploring the underbelly of romance over a darkly catchy, electronic pulse. Title track 'Dirty Work' is released today alongside the brooding, Lynch-ian cinematic companion official video.
