The Oasis Theatre Company is proud to present its inaugural season in Santa Fe. After presenting a run of Marriage by the Masters at the Adobe Rose last summer and participating in Santa Fe's first annual Theatre Walk presenting David Mamet's Dark Pony, we are excited to be producing our first season at Teatro Paraguas. The season consists of David Mamet's The Water Engine and Neil Simon's The Good Doctor in February and March 2018, respectively.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company announces a change in the casting of the LookOut Series Concert Reading of Standup Shakespeare. This event, which is a benefit concert reading for the theatre, will still feature the extraordinary talent of Steppenwolf co-founder Jeff Perry and Broadway legend Alice Ripley. Joining them will be Grammy and Clio Award-winning Opera singer Thomas Young, who was in the original Off-Broadway production directed by Mike Nichols and is featured on the Standup Shakespeare cabaret review album recorded in 1995.

American Blues Theater, Chicago's second oldest Equity Ensemble, under the continued leadership of Producing Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside, announce the submission period for the 2017 National Blue Ink Playwriting Award. Playwrights are invited to submit one (1) manuscript for consideration. The winner will have the opportunity to further develop their script with American Blues Theatre. According to Variety, Kristin Davis has just signed on to star in the upcoming stage adaptation of FATAL ATTRACTION, opposite the previously announced Natascha McElhone. FATAL ATTRACTION begins previews on 8 March with press night on 25 March and is booking for a fifteen week limited run to 21 June 2014. Trevor Nunn directs. Fatal Attraction is produced by Theatre Royal Haymarket Productions, Robert Fox and Patrick Ryecart.
