MotorCity Casino Hotel has announced Courtney Love, live in Detroit at Sound Board on Friday, July 19, at 8:00 p.m.

Susan Mosher and Carly Sakolove join the cast of the off-Broadway musical revue, NEWSical the Musical, beginning April 15th. Ms. Sakolove steps into NEWSical the Musical as a swing while Ms. Mosher, who starred in Hairspray on Broadway, replaces Christine Pedi who is stepping out for ten weeks to join Broadway's Chicago.

In this week's edition, we caught up with Celina Carvajal, who is starring as 'Nicola' in Kinky Boots- currently in previews at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Opening night is set for April 4, 2013.

Ms Oteri's last scheduled performance was originally scheduled for December 30th; due to popular demand, she will now continue through January 13th.

According to The Observer, Courtney Love has denied the rumor that a Kurt Cobain musical is in the works for Broadway.

According to a report in today's NY Daily News, Courtney Love's manager revealed plans for a Broadway play based on the rock singer's life's story.
