Universal Media Studios has signed a first-look, two-year development deal with the Oscar-winning producing team of Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald ('Gladiator,' 'Men in Black,' 'The Ring'). The announcement was made today by Angela Bromstad, President, Primetime Entertainment, NBC and Universal Media Studios.

On July 30, 2010 at 9pm, the Fire Island Pines Arts Project will present Alan Cumming in his one-man show, UNCUT. Cumming will perform at the Brandon Fradd Theatre in Whyte Hall.

The film is based on the hit 1960 stage musical of the same name (and exclamation point) with book, music and lyrics written by Lionel Bart.
