Bench Project 2 features seven short works that take place on benches written specifically for The 06 Ensemble and runs December 7th through December 9th, 2012 at the Pear Avenue Theater, located at 1220 Pear Avenue, Unit K in Mountain View, near the intersection of Highway 101 and Shoreline Boulevard, with admission consisting of warm jackets that will be donated to those in need, just in time for Winter.

Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta became the iconic on-screen lovers "Danny" and "Sandy" in Grease, but it took them until now to record together again. November 13th their holiday album "This Christmas: John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John" was released with proceeds donated to their respective charities: the Jett Travolta Foundation and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Center.

'The Bourgeois Pig,' a new play by award-winning playwright Brighde Mullins, will be presented in its first full-scale production, Nov. 28 through Dec. 2 at Muhlenberg College. Beth Schachter directs the production.

The Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation (NAHF) announced today that Colorado artist Colette Pitcher is the recipient of the 2012/2013 People's Choice Award for her bronze sculpture, "Bee My Honey." The award is part of Northglenn's Art on Parade program. The program features on-loan, outdoor sculpture exhibited at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park for one year.

Gibson, Carol Hall, Anne Hamilton, Harriet Slaughter, Mira Spektor and Gayl Teller will be presented at the Cherry Lane Theatre tonight, October 29th at 7:30. Cara Reichel will direct. Melody Berger will provide incidental music.

In their first co-producing endeavor, HERE and the Hip-Hop Theater Festival in association with Collective Consciousness Theatre present the world premiere of How to Break, a new play fueled by human beat-boxing, breaking, popping and locking, linguistic flow and multimedia graffiti art. Ron Bohmer, most recently seen on Broadway in A Little Night Music (Frid), joins the cast of The Fantasticks in the role of the narrator El Gallo on Monday, Oct. 8. He replaces actor Jeremiah James.

STUDIOCANAL and Working Title have announced the start of principal photography on feature film The Two Faces of January. Picture will shoot on location in Crete, Athens, Istanbul and Ealing Studios London. Working Title will produce and STUDIOCANAL finance, distributing in the U.K., Germany, France & Australia, selling the rest of the world.
