This April, Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond.

Joe Iconis (Be More Chill), Jim Brochu (Zero Hour), Rebecca Eichenberger (The Phantom of the Opera), Andrew Leggieri (The Bandstand), and Ryan Scott Oliver & Lindsay Mendez's Actor's Therapy NYC have joined Feinstein's/54 Below star studded tribute to Boston's Colonial Theatre, which will take place on April 19th & 20th, 2016, at 9:30pm.

Having been in operation for over one hundred years, Boston's Colonial Theatre, which was the theatre that first introduced audiences to such musicals as Anything Goes, Oklahoma, Follies, and many others, will be celebrated through song and stories, performed by a diverse group of Broadway talent, all determined to share why the Colonial Theatre must be made a landmark by the city of Boston!

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents A Writers' Round featuring Clyde Alves, Leslie Becker, John Jeffrey Martin, and Desi Oakley. Broadway meets Tennessee in a Nashville-inspired night of songwriting and storytelling. You've seen this stellar group of artists in some of Broadway's biggest hits; now join them for a unique and intimate musical experience as they take the stage together, singing and revealing the stories and inspiration behind their original songs.

Following the success of their concert performances and subsequent recording of Bernstein's West Side Story, Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Fransisco Symphony will present Leonard Bernstein's musical On the Town May 25-29. The concert production will feature the talents of many of the 2014-15 Broadway revival cast, including: David Garrison and Tyne Daly (narrators), Clyde Alves (Ozzie), Jay Armstrong Johnson (Chip), Tony Yazbeck (Gabey), Megan Fairchild (Ivy), Alysha Umphress (Hildy), Isabel Leonard (Claire), Shuler Hensley (Pitkin)

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. To celebrate Valentine's Day, Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt's classic look into a fifty-year marriage will get a one night only, all-star concert, featuring some of Broadway's most legendary couples.

Happy New Year, BroadwayWorld! As we eagerly anticipate the amazing musicals and plays coming up in 2016, we're taking a moment to look back at the significant Broadway closings of 2015.

As the Billboard Top 40 Rap Chart features Broadway's own Hamilton at the top of the page, it's exciting to remember a time where hearing Broadway tunes on the radio, and having them performed by top talents was not such a rarity. If you need a reminder of the timelessness of a good melody, of the allure of crisp, intelligent lyrics, go no further than the Sidney Harmon Theatre in downtown D.C. Under the direction of Alan Paul, with smooth and sexy choreography from Michele Lynch, Shakespeare Theatre Company's KISS ME, KATE opened last week to a well-deserved standing ovation. 

It's not just 'another op'nin' of another show,' it's the classic musical the Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) was destined to produce: Kiss Me, Kate. STC Associate Artistic Director Alan Paul, director of last season's smash hit Man of La Mancha-the best-selling production in the Company's history-and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Director, Resident Musical) helms Kiss Me, Kate, with choreography by Michele Lynch (Washington National Opera's Show Boat).

The Tony Award nominated revival of On The Town concludes its run on Broadway tonight, September 6, following 28 previews and 368 regular performances, making this the longest-running Broadway production of the show since the 1944 original. ON THE TOWN began previews on September 20, 2014 and officially opened on October 16, 2014 at the Lyric Theatre. To mark tonight's closing, BroadwayWorld takes you back through the musical's run on the Great White Way!

Original cast member Megan Fairchild will return to the acclaimed Broadway revival of On The Town for one final turn as Ivy Smith on Sunday night. Misty Copeland will perform the Sunday matinee.
