One Year Lease theater company presents teaser cow, by Clay McLeod Chapman, directed by Ianthe Demos

Long before New York had a Fringe Festival, New York had the Ensemble Studio Theatre's OCTOBERFEST, a marathon of new, old and developing plays crammed together on two floors of the theatre company's home at 549 West 52nd Street. The first OCTOBERFEST was in 1981.

Plus special burlesque performances from Madame Rosebud, Nasty Canasta, Sapphire Jones, and Bea B. Heart, The BTK Band, $5 cups of beer from our scary Halloween monster keg, and the FRIGID 2010 drawing!
