Third Rail Repertory Theatre will stage THE REALISTIC JONESES by Will Eno, directed by Rebecca Lingafelter* and featuring Dana Green, Michael O'Connell*, Darius Pierce*, and Kerry Ryan*. The production runs Oct 23 - Nov 14, 2015, Wednesday-Saturday at 7:30pm, Sunday at 2pm at the Imago Theatre, 17 SE 8th Ave. Portland, OR 97214.

Wave Productions will present the World Premiere of Charles Cissel's WALLOP, directed by Robin A. Paterson, with dramaturgy by Karen Brown. Previews begin October 10 at Robert Moss Theatre with opening slated for October 16.

   The Representatives in association with The Olmsted Salon present this site-specific re-imagining of "Veritas" by Stan Richardson, beginning Thursday, October 21st with an Opening on Monday, October 26. The theatre for the production is The Cave @ St. George's in Gramercy Park, 209 East 16th Street, NYC 10003.  The play is co-directed by Matt Steiner & Stan Richardson (The Representatives).  The Creative and the Production team includes Meg Stemmler - Creative Designer, Lindsay Maiorana - Event Producer, Paul Hudson - Lighting Designer, Ashley Walch - Costume Designer, Jordan Schildcrout - Dramaturg, Liz Richards - Production Stage Manager, Gwyn Osnos - General Manager, and Nicole Ofeno - Marketing Director.

New York City Center adds second performance of Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun: In Concert starring Megan Hilty on Wednesday, October 28 at 7:30pm. The previously announced performance on October 27 is part of City Center's annual Gala. Three years after starring in the Encores! production of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Megan Hilty returns to City Center as Annie Oakley in this concert staging of Irving Berlin's classic 1946 musical. Hilty will be joined by a Tony-honored cast including Andy Karl, Chuck Cooper, Judy Kaye, Brad Oscar, and Ron Raines.

To benefit their 2016 return to their East Village home, Performance Space 122 (PS122) and Executive Producer Anson Mount bring together widely acclaimed playwright Eric Bogosian and director Jo Bonney, along with their close friends, for two-nights of hand-selected, intimate performances from Bogosian's 100 Monologues series.

A Contemporary Theatre is thrilled to present the imaginative dark comedy of MR. BURNS, A POST-ELECTRIC PLAY by Anne Washburn (The Internationalist, A Devil At Noon, and The Small). Spanning several years to several decades after the end of the world, survivors must begin again to create a new society. As the survivors bond by recounting the popular "Cape Feare" episode of The Simpsons, the story evolves into its own mythos.

Yale Repertory Theatre opens its 2015-16 season with the world premiere of INDECENT, a new play with music, written by Paula Vogel, created by Paula Vogel and Rebecca Taichman, and directed by Rebecca Taichman, at the University Theatre (222 York Street), tonight, October 2, through October 24. Opening Night is Thursday, October 8. The world premiere of INDECENT is a co-production with La Jolla Playhouse, where it will play November 13-December 10.

Abingdon Theatre Company has appointed Tony Speciale as its next Artistic Director. Mr. Speciale, currently represented Off-Broadway as director of The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, succeeds Jan Buttram, who leaves her post after 22 years. Mr. Speciale begins October 1.

Brian Kulick will step down as the Artistic Director of Off-Broadway's acclaimed Classic Stage Company following the current 2015-16 season. Kulick will be succeeded by the company's current Associate Director, Tony Award-winner John Doyle. Doyle will assume the position in July of 2016. Kulick, who has led Classic Stage Company for twelve seasons, will direct two of the current season's mainstage productions: Mother Courage and Her Children, starring Tonya Pinkins and Nathan the Wise, starring F. Murray Abraham. Doyle is directing the season's final offering, Peer Gynt.

The Huntington Theatre Company presents the world premiere production of A Confederacy of Dunces, adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher from the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by John Kennedy Toole, directed by David Esbjornson (Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and All My Sons) and featuring Nick Offerman of NBC's 'Parks and Recreation.'  Performances begin November 11, 2015 and will run through December 13, 2015 at the BU Theatre / Avenue of the Arts. 

There's a new king in town and it's Hoon Lee, known for royal performances in plays like YELLOWFACE and THE SCHOOL FOR LIES.

Marcia Pendelton, founder and president of Walk Tall Girl Productions, celebrated the 15th anniversary of her company on Monday, September 28, 2015. Pendelton and her friends from the performing arts, fashion and media joined forces to celebrate her company's work to bring diverse audiences to the arts, on Broadway and beyond. Happy Birthday, Stark Sands! In 2007, Sands received a nomination for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for his role in the Broadway revival of Journey's End. Additional theater credits include the 2009 musical adaptation of Bonnie & Clyde at the La Jolla Playhouse, The Classic Stage Company's production of The Tempestwhich earned him the Actors' Equity Foundation's St. Clair Bayfield Award, which honors the best performance by an actor in a Shakespearean play in the New York metropolitan area. From June 25 to July 12, 2009, Sands appeared in the Shakespeare in the Park's production of Twelfth Night, featuring Anne Hathaway, Audra McDonald and Raul Esparza. Sands played the role of Tunny in the Broadway production of American Idiot. Most recently, Sand received a Tony nomination for playing Charlie Price, in the musical Kinky Boots, which opened on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on April 4, 2013.

The Tony Award-winning production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I, directed by Bartlett Sher, at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street), welcomes a new leader tonight, September 29.

On Tuesday, September 29, immediately upon completion of filming his starring role on the fourth season of the Cinemax series 'Banshee,' Hoon Lee will join Tony winner Kelli O'Hara and the company to assume the role of The King, which was originated for this production by Tony Award nominee Ken Watanabe. Hartford Stage announced today the cast and creative team for the sold-out world premiere of Rear Window, adapted for the stage by Keith Reddin, and directed by Hartford Stage Artistic Director Darko Tresnjak, from October 22- November 15.
