The Fox Theatre's first holiday show if the season, CIRQUE DREAMS HOLIDAZE displayed the talents of unbelievable cirque performers, different from performances I usually see at the historic venue. The combination of the over-glitterified set, patronizing musical numbers, and eccentric costume sculptures all combined to make this show seem like a dumbed down version of what could have been a grand cirque showcase.
Breaking News: Ambassador Theater Group Will Renovate the Hudson Theatre for Broadway

According to Variety, Broadway will be getting another theatre in the near future. The UK's Ambassador Theatre Group, which owns the recently renovated Lyric Theatre, will renovate the Hudson Theatre next. The venue, currently a part of the Millennium Hotel, will be turned back into a Broadway house. Currently used for various corporate events, the theatre hasn't been home to a Broadway show since 1968.

Asolo Repertory Theatre proudly announces the final production of its 2015-16 season, the U.S. premiere of the U.K. phenomenon HETTY FEATHER, Jacqueline Wilson's wildly popular U.K. novel adapted into a thrilling theatrical masterpiece by Emma Reeves. A 2015 Olivier Award nominee for Best Family Entertainment, HETTY FEATHER will have one preview on Thursday, June 2 at 7pm, open Friday, June 3 at 7pm and run through Sunday, June 26 in the Mertz Theatre, located in the FSU Center for the Performing Arts.
