Blake Hammond to Lead Friends Always Creating Theatre's LOST BOY Reading, 10/14

Friends Always Creating Theatre lives-up to its name as they open their 5th season. They are one of the most prolific companies in New York City and will start this season by presenting a One-Night Only Staged Reading of 'The Lost Boy' by the late Ron Paolillo (aka Ron Pallilo) starring Broadway's Blake Hammond and Guiseppe Bausilio.

LAVERNE & SHIRLEY's Cindy Williams to Star in Alhambra's WEEKEND COMEDY, 9/18-10/20

Ms. Williams brings her considerable talents to the Alhambra for four special weeks, September 18 through October 20, 2013. Williams began her professional career by landing national commercials, which included Foster Grant sunglasses and TWA. Her first roles in television, among others, were on Room 222, Nanny and the Professor and Love, American Style. Weekend Comedy opens September 18 and runs until October 20, 2013.

Penny Marshall & Cindy Williams to Reunite on Nickelodeon's SAM & CAT

Beloved comedy duo Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams (Laverne & Shirley) will reunite on screen in a scripted series for the first time in over 30 years with their upcoming guest appearance on Nickelodeon's buddy sitcom Sam & Cat. Marshall and Williams will appear alongside Sam & Cat's funny gals Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande in '#SalmonCat,' shooting this week in Los Angeles. In the episode, Sam and Cat are ordered to rename their babysitting business because it's too similar to 'Salmon Cat,' a TV show from the '70s. Sam and Cat must track down the show's two original creators (played by Marshall and Williams) and resolve their three decade-long feud.

Morris Museum's Bickford Theatre Opens NUNSENSE II Tonight

The hilarious second chapter in the series of hit musical comedies, Nunsense II: The Second Coming by Dan Goggin, will be the final production of the Bickford Theatre's 2012/2013 season, once again starring Gwendolyn F. Jones as Reverend Mother, with performances tonight, May 31 through Sunday, June 23, 2013.

NUNSENSE Opens Theatre by the Sea's 80th Anniversary Season

NUNSENSE, the award-winning and hilarious Off-Broadway hit musical comedy, plays the historic stage at Bill Hanney's Theatre by the Sea from May 29 thru June 16. Eddie Mekka Returns to Naples, 3/25

This weekend, all roads lead to St. Louis as actors are headed there from all over the country to audition for the Muny's summer production of LES MISERABLES directed by Richard Jay-Alexander and with music direction by Kevin Stites.
