The Monterey Jazz Festival on Tour 55th Anniversary Celebration makes its way to Segerstrom Center for the Arts today, January 13 in the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. The all- star ensemble will perform classic jazz and original compositions by critically acclaimed, Grammy Award-winning artists: bassist and musical director Christian McBride, vocalist Dee Dee Bridgewater, saxophonist Chris Potter, trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire, pianist Benny Green and drummer Lewis Nash.

The performances will take place today & Tuesday, December 3 & 4, 8 pm & 10:30 pm at The Blue Note located at 131 West 3rd Street, New York, NY 10012. Tickets are priced at $45 table seats, $30 at the bar.

In less than six weeks, the City of Cape May will be the stage for the inaugural edition of the Exit 0 International Jazz Festival, tonight, November 9-11. More than 100 internationally known musicians will perform more than 50 shows over the course of the Festival, with performances taking place in intimate club venues and on the Main Stage of the Cape May Convention Hall during this three-day event.

Foxtails Brigade, Jacques Ibula, Tad Worku and more with 100 percent of proceeds to American Red Cross Disaster Relief for Hurricane Sandy (TONIGHT, 11/6) and Ferenc Nemeth Triumph Band feat. The National Jazz Museum in Harlem today announced the lineup of its fall benefit concert onThursday, November 8 at 7:30pm at El Teatro, located in El Museum del Barrio, 1230 Fifth Avenue at 104th Street in New York City.

The 55th Annual Monterey Jazz Festival runs today, September 21-23 at the Monterey Fairgrounds.
