STAGE TUBE: New Promo Released for Broadway-Bound GRACE!

The Broadway premiere of Grace, the acclaimed dark comedy written by award-winning writer Craig Wright (Mistakes Were Made, Recent Tragic Events, "Six Feet Under") and directed by Dexter Bullard (Tracy Letts' BUG), begins performances on Thursday, September 13th, with an official opening night set for Thursday, October 4, 2012. GRACE Box Office Opens at Cort Theatre Today, 8/23

Producers announced today that the box office at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) is open for business in anticipation of its new tenant: the Broadway Premiere of Grace, the acclaimed dark comedy written by award-winning writer Craig Wright (Mistakes Were Made, Recent Tragic Events, "Six Feet Under") and directed by Dexter Bullard (Tracy Letts' BUG).

Lee Roy Rogers, Susannah Flood and More to Join TRIBES in September

The producers of Off-Broadway's Tribes have announced new additions to the clan beginning September 4th: Lee Roy Rogers (Orson's Shadow) will assume the role of Beth and Dina Thomas (See How They Run) will assume the role of Ruth, and beginning September 25th: Susannah Flood (A Civil War Christmas) will assume the role of Sylvia, joining Will Brill (Our Town) as Daniel, Russell Harvard (There Will Be Blood) as Billy, and Jeff Still (August: Osage County) as Christopher.

TRIBES Extends Through January 2013

Producers Scott Morfee, Jean Doumanian and Tom Wirtshafter have announced that the Off-Broadway hit play Tribes has been extended at The Barrow Street Theatre (27 Barrow Street, NYC), by popular demand, through January 6, 2013.

Nick Westrate and Jeff Still Join Off-Broadway's TRIBES

The producers of the acclaimed new Off-Broadway hit Tribes have announced new additions to the clan: Nick Westrate, winner of a 2012 Special Drama Desk Award for his versatility in the 2011-2012 season (Unnatural Acts, Love's Labor's Lost, and Galileo) will temporarily assume the role of Daniel while Will Brill takes a leave of absence from May 30 - July 1, and Jeff Still, who originated leading roles in the Barrow Street Theatre productions of Our Town and Orson's Shadow (both directed by David Cromer),will assume the role of Christopher beginning July 1, replacing Jeff Perry, who departs to begin filming the second season of ABC's "Scandal." Tribes, which recently won the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Foreign Play,is currently in performance at The Barrow Street Theatre (27 Barrow Street).

TRIBES Extends Through September 2012

Due to popular demand, the critically acclaimed new Off-Broadway play Tribes, by Nina Raine, has been extended, with a new block of tickets now on sale through Sunday evening, September 2, 2012, producers Scott Morfee, Jean Doumanian and Tom Wirtshafter announced today.

From the producers who presented the critically acclaimed landmark David Cromer production of Thornton Wilder's Our Town, now comes the New York premiere of the new comedy, Mistakes Were Made, by Craig Wright with direction by Dexter Bullard. The two-character play features Academy Award-nominee Michael Shannon as producer Felix Artifex and Mierka Girten as his assistant Esther, with puppetry by Sam Deutsch, and reunites the creative team of the Off-Broadway smash hit Bug Bullard, Shannon and Barrow Street. The 16-week limited engagement began performances November 5, 2010 at the Barrow Street Theatre. Opening night is Sunday evening, November 14, 2010.
