Comedian Mike Young returns to his Motor City roots this fall as he brings some of comedy's hottest rising stars to Detroit as part of the Young American Comedy Tour.
Whatsonstage.com has confirmed that actor Con O'Neill will take over Matt Lucas' role of Kenneth Halliwell in the West End production of Simon Bent's Prick Up Your Ears at the Comedy Theatre on October 22. He will replace Matt Lucas, who left the production last week in the wake of the suicide of his ex-partner, Kevin McGee, as previously reported.

The Berkshire Playwrights Lab will present a reading of Chris Newbound's The Birthday Boy on Aug. 26 at 8pm. The theatrical event will take place at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center.
The reading will be directed by Bob Jaffe, and will feature Geneva Carr and Charles Socarides. Additional casting will be announced shortly.
PRICK UP YOUR EARS will run at the Comedy Theatre from 17 September until 6 December (including Sunday performances at 4pm) with press night on 30 September
