Renovaré is pleased to announce that The Mystery of God: Theology for Knowing the Unknowable, co-written by Renovaré board member Chris Hall, has been named 'Theological Book of the Year' by Christianity Today. Chris and his co-author, Steven D. Boyer, have given us a volume that humbly approaches God's incomprehensible nature in a way that improves theological clarity.

Today, Monday, December 16 at 7:00 p.m. in Zankel Hall, the Carnegie Hall Notables-a membership and ticket program for music enthusiasts in their 20s and 30s-hosts Chris Thile and Friends, a special Notables-only performance featuring mandolin virtuoso, composer, and vocalist Chris Thile alongside frequent collaborators Michael Daves and Edgar Meyer and additional artists to be announced.

Renovaré has released Traveling Unfamiliar Pathways, a Christmas-season devotional that speaks to a modern mobile world by showing how numerous people in Christ's time also traveled from place to place. The paperback book includes reflections written by board and staff members, as well as friends and family of the international Spiritual Formation movement.

On Today, October 4 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage, The New York Pops, led by Music Director Steven Reineke, opens its 2013-2014 concert season at Carnegie Hall with special guest Chris Botti. The internationally renowned jazz trumpeter joins The New York Pops to perform a new spin on classic standards and other favorites. The performance will include songs such as When I Fall In Love and Emmanuel in addition to other selections from Botti's recent Grammy Award-winning album Impressions.

Constantine Maroulis, Tony nominated star of Rock Of Ages and American Idol Finalist. Brooklyn born and Jersey's own Maroulis, originated the lead role in the Broadway blockbuster, Rock of Ages and earned a Tony Nomination for Best Actor as well as a myriad of critical praise worldwide. Constantine's solo concerts, A Night at the Rock Show, have delighted sold-out audiences nationwide for years. After completing a year long stint with Jekyll & Hyde on Broadway and on tour, Constantine will be joining 'Back to the Eighties' and Jessie's Girl to continue melting faces weekly at NYC's Canal Room this fall.

On Tuesday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m. in Zankel Hall, Carnegie Hall presents mandolin virtuoso, composer, and vocalist, Chris Thile-of the ensemble Punch Brothers-in a program that features Bach's sonatas and partitas for solo violin played on the mandolin, along with original compositions and contemporary music. Thile's recording of three works by Bach-Sonata No. 1 in G minor, Partita No. 1 in B minor, and Sonata No. 2 in A minor-was recently released on his recording Bach: Sonatas and Partitas, Vol. 1 on Nonesuch Records. The record was produced by Thile's friend, mentor, and frequent collaborator, the double bassist and composer Edgar Meyer.

The final show of Live @ Benaroya Hall's successful inaugural season is quickly approaching (tickets to The Monkees on August 17 at 8pm, are still available) and Benaroya Hall preps for a stellar sophomore season. Tickets for Chris Cornell and Makana will go on sale at 10am on Friday August 16. All other concert tickets are on sale now. In addition to the seven concerts listed above, more will be added as the season continues on through June of 2014. Information on additional shows will be released as it becomes available.

In addition to touring the home, these events welcome all attendees to participate and indulge in tailored special presentations - including lectures, book signings, garden tours, wine tastings, and cooking demonstrations - that will take place at Tuffeau Estate in April and May.

Liberty Hall Museum at Kean University has announced it will host an exquisite Governors' Ball on its grounds the evening of Monday, April 29. Governor Chris Christie will serve as Honorary Chairman of the event, with a number of New Jersey's former governors expected to attend.
