Paper Mill Playhouse, recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, in association with Michael Harrison, David Ian and Nederlander Presentations, Inc., has announced the addition of two Friday matinee performances due to the show's popularity among ticket buyers.

Michael Harrison, David Ian and Nederlander Presentations, Inc. have announced the 2016-17 U.S. National Tour route of the hit musical THE BODYGUARD. Directed by Thea Sharrock, the tour will commence at Paper Mill Playhouse in Milburn, NJ on November 25, 2016, prior to the official tour opening at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis, MN on January 10, 2017.

Musical theatre legend and BBC Radio 2 presenter Elaine Paige celebrates her 50 years in show business with a special concert at the Royal Albert Hall, with the BBC Concert Orchestra conducted by Chris Egan, special guest Gardar Thor Cortes, and the Mountview Academy Theatre of Arts. The concert will be broadcast tonight, 5 December (8.00-10.00pm) on BBC RADIO 2.

Last night (11 June 2014) the hit West End musical The Bodyguard celebrated Alexandra Burke joining the cast, playing the leading role of Oscar-nominated superstar Rachel Marron.
