Lea Michele & Original Cast to 'Graduate' from GLEE in 2012?

All of the GLEE students who are currently juniors within the show's plot will be graduating at the end of next season, the show's creator confirmed today. 'We didn't want to have a show where they were in high school for eight years,' Ryan Murphy told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. 'We really wanted to be true to that experience.'

The new additions to the staff include: Allison Adler, Marti Noxon, Michael Hitchcock, Matt Hodgson, Ross Maxwell, and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who just finished working on SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK.

Every Tuesday night at 8, we tune in to see the colorful cast of McKinley High's New Directions deal with the world of high school, with a little bit of song, a little bit of sass, and a ton of glee. The energy around the Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday was buzzing, just like the little buzzing interludes you hear sometimes on the show. The energy was high as everyone anxiously anticipated the appearance of the cast of colorful characters we've come to know in two seasons of the hit Fox comedy.

Chicago Sun-Times critic Paige Wiser, the television critic who wrote the paper's review for GLEE LIVE!, has been ousted from the paper. Wiser's review - which included information one song that wasn't performed and another that she didn't see, according to the Chicago Tribune - was so inaccurate that it drew notice almost immediately and was removed from the paper's website altogether.
GLEE's Chris Colfer Signs Two-Book Deal with Little, Brown

According to EW.com, GLEE's Chris Colfer will write two books for Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. The first, titled THE LAND OF STORIES, is described as 'an adventure novel that draws elements from the very, very in-vogue world of classic fairy tales.' The book will be released in Summer 2012, and the second (still untitled) will be released soon after.
