'We're in the Money!' and other standards will fill Inwood Hill Park as the inaugural FREE outdoor summer cinema series Film Works Alfresco continues Monday, July 17 with the classic dance spectacular film Gold Diggers of 1933.
Opened in 1928, the lavish Ohio Theatre was built to be a movie house, complete with an extravagant theatre organ to provide the soundtrack of the day's silent films. On July 20 and 21, the Ohio returns to its roots with the CAPA Summer Movie Series presentation of silent film The Freshman starring Harold Lloyd.

The New Victory Theater announces its 22nd season as New York's premier performing arts venue entirely devoted to kids and families. From October 13, 2017 through June 17, 2018, The New Victory Theater will feature seven American companies amongst its 15 productions from around the globe, including three world premieres and five U.S. premieres.

The JimHenson Company, Herschend Studios and PBS KIDS are kicking off 'Ocean Friends Forever,' a social media and community engagement initiative with multiple PBS station events across the country the week of June 1-8, to coincide with the internationally celebrated World Oceans Day on June 8.
