Trustus Theatre continues its dedication to bringing important theatre to Columbia with their production of Fun Home, an acclaimed and award-winning Broadway musical to their Thigpen Main Stage this spring. The musical play is a masterful expansion of Alison Bechdel's graphic memoir of the same name and is a play about being able to live in your truth, whatever it may be. This musical will open on Friday, March 23 and will run through Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Trustus Theatre brings Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning Playwright Robert Schenkkan's newest political thriller play, Building the Wall, to the Side Door Theatre October 6-14, 2017 for its Southeastern premiere. Directed by Jim O'Connor, this play explores the contemporary times that we live in and the potential result of our communities failing to stay vigilant and letting their voices go unheard. The first theatre in South Carolina to produce this work, Trustus is proud to also offer two performances with Spanish supertitles.
