Fox Concerts presents R&B and Gospel icons BeBe & CeCe Winans and Mary Mary at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on Sunday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m.

R&B and Gospel icons BeBe & CeCe Winans and Mary Mary have jointly announced a series of upcoming tour dates this April. The tour will stop at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on Sunday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. The duos re-unite following their spectacular holiday performance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, where BeBe, CeCe, Erica and Tina dazzled the studio and TV audiences with a festive holiday medley, showcasing a collective talent unmatched throughout the world.

Gospel sensations, BeBe and CeCe Winans and Mary Mary are set to perform at the Fox Theatre on Friday, April 1 at 8:00 p.m.

This heartwarming family musical features a book by Tony Award-nominee William F. Brown (Broadway's The Wiz - Winner of Seven Tony Awards), music and lyrics by Grammy Award-winner Tena Clark (Natalie Cole's Still Unforgettable), and music by Gary Prim (songwriter for Dionne Warwick and CeCe Winans). Golden Globe and multi-Emmy Award-winner Debbie Allen (Broadway and the West Ends' Cat on A Hot Tin Roof - 2010 Olivier Award for Best Revival of a Play and TV's Fame) is set to direct and choreograph the new musical. TWIST is presented in association with TAM Producing Partners - Skyline Pictures (Michelle Seward), Edgework Productions (Willette Klausner), and GGE Live (Gary Goddard & Forbes Candlish). Performances begin June 14, 2011 and play through July 24, 2011 with the official press opening on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at The Pasadena Playhouse (39 S. El Molino).

The 41st annual NAACP Image Awards were held on Friday, February 26 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. Amongst the winners were the film 'Precious' which picked up the award for Best Motion Picture, Morgan Freeman won for his role in 'Invictus' and Gabourney Sibide garnered Best Actress for her leading role in 'Precious'. The ceremony was hosted by NAACP Image Award nominee and Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose and bestselling author and actor Hill Harper. As previously announced, Tyler Perry, received the Chairman's Award, and Wyclef Jean received the Vanguard Award.
