National Asian American Theater Festival Held June 23-26

The Consortium of Asian American Theaters & Artists' 3rd National Asian American Theater Festival will feature ten works from around the world-and four partner productions from local companies-that feature Asian Americans performers and stories.

Ma-Yi Theatre Company Announces 2011-2012 Season

James Earl Jones And More Set For First Light 2011 Series of New Plays

James Earl Jones, Roger Robinson and Robert Joy will all perform in the Ensemble Studio Theatre and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation's First Light 2011 series of new plays about science and technology now through April 23 at the Ensemble Studio Theatre, 549 West 52nd Street.

Asian American Theater Conference and Festival to be Held in LA, 6/16-26

For the first time, the National Asian American Theater Conference and the National Asian American Theater Festival will be held jointly from June 16-25, 2011. The event will be presented in Los Angeles by the Consortium of Asian American Theaters and Artists (CAATA) and hosted by Asian American Theaters East West Players and Teada Productions, both residing in Los Angeles.
