The national tour of the Broadway musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, inspired by the electrifying true story, will make its Fort Lauderdale premiere November 6 - 18 at Broward Center for the Performing Arts as part of the Bank of America Broadway in Fort Lauderdale 2012- 2013 Subscription Season. Broadway veteran James Moye, who recently starred as the Lounge Singer Al in Dogfight and Sam Phillips in Million Dollar Quartet, will perform in the second annual "The Boogie in the Butt Benefit" concert tonight, October 14 at 8pm at the Triad Theater. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).

Janet Brenner and Michael Coco will present Fiction in Photographs, a new musical featuring the music and lyrics of Dan Mills, conceived and directed by Randy Redd, and featuring the photography of Sasha Israel. Three free presentations, open to the public, will be offered at the New World Stages/Stage 1 (340 West 50th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues) on Wednesday October 10th (4pm), Thursday October 11th (7pm) and Friday October 12th (7pm).

The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines is scheduled to bring some of Broadway's most acclaimed and loved shows to Iowan audiences during their 2012-2013 season. Broadway In Chicago's Concert moves to Millennium Park this summer. The FREE BROADWAY IN CHICAGO CONCERT will take place tonight, August 6, 2012 at 6:15 p.m. at the Pritzker Pavilion at Millennium Park.
