Steppenwolf Welcomes New Ensemble Members

? Steppenwolf Theatre Company will to welcome Sandra Marquez and Caroline Neff to its world-renowned ensemble. Both have performed in multiple shows with the company and can currently be seen on Steppenwolf's stages in Mary Page Marlowe and The Flick respectively. Marquez and Neff are the first two members added under Artistic Director Anna D. Shapiro.

Playwrights Horizons' Annual Auction Opens Today: Bid for HAMILTON Meet & Greet, People's Choice Awards Tickets & More!

Acclaimed Off-Broadway theater company Playwrights Horizons has announced details for its 2016 Online Auction.  Bidding for the auction, which will feature an eclectic array of items, getaways, theater tickets, sports items, celebrity meet and greets, celebrity experiences  and unique opportunities, begins today, Tuesday, May 3 at 12 Noon at www.CharityBuzz.com/PlaywrightsHorizons.  Online bidding will continue through Thursday, May 19.

Kentwood Players presents "Clybourne Park" by Bruce Norris from May 13 through June 18, 2016 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm at the Westchester Playhouse, located at 8301 Hindry Avenue in Westchester, CA 90045. The production directed by George L. Rametta and produced by Lauren A. Jarvis by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service. Inc. The cast features (in alphabetical order) Pauline Bugembe, Harold Dershimer, Jeremy Patrick Hamilton, Jen Kerner, Matt Landig, Damon Rutledge, and Andrea Stradling.

Photo Flash: First Look at the UK Tour of CLYBOURNE PARK

The UK regional premiere production of Bruce Norris' acclaimed play CLYBOURNE PARK opens at Mercury Theatre Colchester's home base ahead of a national tour, starring Ben Deery (Karl / Steve), Dan Gaisford(Kenneth), Rebecca Manley (Bev / Kathy), Rebecca Oldfield (Betsey / Lindsey), Gloria Onitiri (Francine / Lena), Wole Sawyerr (Albert / Kevin), William Troughton (Jim / Tom) and Mark Womack (Dan / Russ). The production opens on 15 April as part of the Made in Colchester Season and runs until 23 April. This is the first time the production will be seen in the UK outside of London, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Danai Gurira's FAMILIAR Extends at Playwrights Horizons

Due to critical acclaim and popular demand, Playwrights Horizons has announced an extension of their New York premiere production of FAMILIAR, a new play by Obie Award-winner Danai Gurira (Eclipsed now on Broadway, In the Continuum, The Convert, Michonne on AMC's 'The Walking Dead'). Directed by Rebecca Taichman (Stage Kiss, Milk Like Sugar at PH; The Oldest Boy; Marie Antoinette; Luck of the Irish; Orlando), the play is the fourth production of the theater company's 2015/2016 Season.
