The New York Times is reporting that Wishful Drinking, Carrie Fisher's one-woman show that is also the title of her recent best-selling memoir, may yet come to Broadway this season - if only she and her producer can come to terms on potential profits, both sides reveal to the Times.

Guys and Dolls stars Oliver Platt ('Nathan Detroit'), Lauren Graham ('Miss Adelaide'), Craig Bierko ('Sky Masterson') and Kate Jennings Grant ('Sarah Brown'). The first joint Broadway project by two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo since their collaboration on the Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys, Guys and Dolls began previews on February 5, 2009 at Broadway's newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). The cast celebrated Opening Night on March 1, 2009 and BroadwayWorld's cameras joined the 'dames and gents' as they partied after the show!

The Men's Auxiliary of Women's Project theater company will hold its Valentine's Day Bake Sale Saturday, February 14, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm followed by a performance of Virginia Woolf's only play, Freshwater directed by Anne Bogart, at Women's Project, 424 West 55th Street.
'Men know that the way to reach a women's heart is through her stomach. We have found a new way for men with a talent for the palate to participate in the development of Women's Project,' said Producing Artistic Director Julie Crosby, who volunteered her own significant other to head the Men's Auxiliary. 'The Men's Auxiliary Valentine's Day Bake Sale will put our men's skills to the test. We will also vote to see which guy delivers the tastiest sweets and award prizes to the men with the best goods.'

Chenoweth Reveals 'PUSHING DAISIES' Movie A Possibility

Kristin Chenoweth revealed that there could be a potential direct to DVD 'Pushing Daisies'. She states that when and if the the unaired episodes eventually air, they won't resolve all of the plotlines on the show - but she told TV Guide that show creator Bryan Fuller has an idea for a movie that would. 'It would wrap up a lot of the unanswered questions that people will have once they finally air our final episodes,' the singer-actress told TVGuide.com. 'It's way too good to push on somebody,' she said. 'You either air it and let the world see it or - you know, that show, I'm sorry if it sounds arrogant, but it's the best thing ever.'

Pushing Daisies stars Kristin Chenoweth and Ellen Greene,, two long time Broadway favorites, will be featured on the series upcoming CD release. The Varese Sarabande release will highlight the programs vivid and witty instrumental music for the show by Pushing Daisies writer Jim Dooley. The company has announced it will have 35 tracks and is to be released later this month.

Academy Award-nominated director Gus Van Sant's Milk, starring Academy Award winner Sean Penn as gay rights icon Harvey Milk, had its world premiere at San Francisco's historic Castro Theatre (at 429 Castro Street) tonight. The evening benefited multiple charities supporting LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) youth. Dinner and dancing followed at City Hall.
