ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL, MEASURE FOR MEASURE Play Shakespeare in the Park This Season; Sullivan, Esbjornson Direct

Following the success of last summer's Shakespeare in the Park productions of The Merchant of Venice and The Winter's Tale, The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) will once again stage two Shakespeare plays in repertory, running June 6 through July 31 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Daniel Sullivan, who recently directed Twelfth Night and The Merchant of Venice in the Park, will direct ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL and David Esbjornson, who directed Much Ado About Nothing in the Park, will direct MEASURE FOR MEASURE. Bank of America returns as lead sponsor of Shakespeare in the Park 2011, supporting The Public's mission to keep Shakespeare in the Park free.

Alley Theatre Presents A WEEKEND WITH PABLO PICASSO, 2/2

Herbert Siguenza returns to the Alley Theatre, having previously appeared in ¡Cantinflas! and Culture Clash in AmeriCCa, as actor, playwright and artist for the world premiere of A Weekend With Pablo Picasso. Siguenza brings his virtuosic writing, acting and design skills into Picasso's private studio, 'Le Californie' on the coast of France, for an intimate and revealing weekend. Picasso's controversial and flamboyant opinions and creations gripped the public imagination and forever changed 20th century art. Delving into the creative mind and work of one of the most inspiring artists of modern history, this play explores Picasso's proclamations about ambition, destruction, creativity and art as an agent of social change. Recommended for mature audiences, strong language and brief nudity.

Block, Olivo et al. Lead BY THE WAY, MEET VERA STARK at 2nd Stage This Season

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) has announced that STEPHANIE J. BLOCK, DANIEL BREAKER, KIMBERLY HÉBERT GREGORY, KEVIN ISOLA and KAREN OLIVO will star in the world premiere comedy, BY THE WAY, MEET VERA STARK, the new play by Lynn Nottage, directed by Jo Bonney. BY THE WAY, MEET VERA STARK is Ms. Nottage's first play to be produced in New York since she won the Pulitzer Prize for Ruined in 2009.

Like Jonathan Swift did in his famous 'A Modest Proposal,' playwright Ken Kaissar asks humanity to look at itself in the mirror to consider the absurdities of genocide in any form.

Westport Country Playhouse Stages 'The Diary of Anne Frank,' Through October

Westport Country Playhouse will stage 'The Diary of Anne Frank,' a timeless and powerful classic, by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, adapted by Wendy Kesselman, and directed by Gerald Freedman (Broadway's 'The Robber Bridegroom,' 'The Grand Tour,' the revival of 'West Side Story,' co-directed with Jerome Robbins, the premiere of Arthur Miller's 'The Creation of the World and Other Business' and Shaw's 'Mrs. Warren's Profession') from October 2 through October 30.

InProximity Theatre Company is proud to announce that Dorothy Lyman will be directing the upcoming production of SIGHT UNSEEN by Donald Margulies (Time Stands Still, Collected Stories, Brooklyn Boy, Dinner With Friends, God of Vengeance, Pitching to the Star, Nocturne, Luna Park, Found a Peanut, The Loman Family Picnic). The show will feature Laurie Schaefer, Jonathan Todd Ross, Brent Vimtrup, and Bryn Boice. Designers include James J.
